These SMS Terms apply to Vistara Health Advisors text messages. Please read them carefully.
How you opt in
Vistara Health Advisors obtains SMS consent verbally during a phone call with an advisor. We do not use a web form to enroll you in text messaging, and we do not use purchased, rented, or third-party contact lists for SMS enrollment.
During the call, the advisor asks whether you agree to receive text messages from Vistara Health Advisors for the limited purpose described below. If you agree, the advisor confirms the mobile number you provide by reading it back to you before recording your consent.

Process Description: When a client calls Vistara Health Advisors on +1 754-306-0471, published at https://www.vistarahealthadvisors.com, or agrees to a scheduled call about an insurance application they requested, the call is answered by a licensed Agent Representative. The Agent asks for verbal consent from the caller to receive Insurance Services SMS messages from Vistara Health Advisors. Messages are sent from +1 888-398-1576.
Verbal Consent Script:
Agent asks:
"Do you consent to receive Insurance Services text messages from Vistara Health Advisors? Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes."
"Please say Yes or No."
If the caller states: "Yes."
Agent states:
"By stating 'Yes' and providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional text messages for Insurance Services messages from Vistara Health Advisors. Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help."
Once the caller verbally agrees, the phone number is recorded, and a confirmation SMS is sent:
"You have agreed to receive SMS Insurance Services messages from Vistara Health Advisors. Msg freq may vary. Std msg & data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
What we send
We send secure links only, such as links you request or links needed to securely access or provide information related to your conversation with an advisor. Our SMS program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your conversation and the secure links you request or need. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan.
